What Is So Good About WebEx Web Conferencing?

WebEx is fast and secure, allowing you to conduct meetings online at any time you want. The system lets you schedule a meeting with a time table, in a advance, or start one instantly with a few clicks. Video conferencing meeting invitations are sent by email or an instant messenger, whatever suits the requirements at the time.

Why Use Video Conferencing?

The main advantage is to be able to talk to multiple people in real time, share desktop, whiteboard and so on. With web conferencing you can showcase products, demonstrate your services and conduct presentations. Web meeting members can dial in or received an automated return call to any number they enter.

My experience with WebEx was very positive, conducting meetings between teams in Australia and USA. The video conferencing technology is there. The biggest challenge was to find a suitable meeting time for both teams on the opposite sites of the world!

I used webex before it was acquired by cisco. we were negotiating a business deal with a company in the US and they used this video conference (mostly for shared desktop) to demonstrate all the feature of that product we were going to buy.
