  1. seems to be very aggressive in their price way – it looks like there is a direct price war with Virgin. For example, Jetstar responded to Virgin’s $29 fares with $25 fares yesterday. Is $4 really that much of a deal breaker?

  2. Is there any entertainment (inflight movies etc) on jetstar flights? Food?

  3. Terry,

Starclass passengers are offered unlimited beverages plus a standard meal (you have three meal choices). They are also offered a video on demand unit and a headset. Economy class passengers do not enjoy the same amenities unless they choose to pay for these services as an add on. This is what makes their rates competitive as they allow economy passengers to enjoy this level of flexibility.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Jetstar provide the worst service ever.

didn’t have enough staff on to check me in so after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes to get to the front of the check in line they told me check in had closed.

    Never fly with Jetstar.

I know that will help you.
